Kelly received her masters degree in Social Work in 2016 from Norfolk State University. She has 8+ years of experience and has worked with a variety of populations. Kelly works with clients of all ages and with varying presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem concerns, military-related concerns, and life transitions. Kelly also has experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Kelly believes in creating a calm and inviting space to help the client navigate through their experiences. Her goal is to build rapport through compassion, empathy, and care. She believes that therapy is a collaborative effort, which encourages growth and motivates long-term change.
