Here’s what people usually ask before they reach out.
Reach out to us by phone or through our website, and our Intake Coordinator will ask a few questions about what you’re dealing with. From there, they’ll match you with a therapist and help you schedule your first session.
When you reach out, we ask about what’s been going on and what you’re hoping to work on, then match you with a therapist whose training fits your situation. Feel free to view our therapists’ biographies here, and we can collaborate on this process.

Your first session is mostly about getting to know one another. Your therapist will ask about your experience, and from there you’ll talk about what ongoing sessions might look like.
We offer individual, couples, and family therapy, along with group therapy for people who are appropriate for the group offerings. Your therapist can help you figure out which format fits what you’re working on.
Our therapists work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD-related struggles, relationship issues, and life transitions. If you’re not sure whether what you’re dealing with fits, reach out and we can help you figure that out.
Our therapists work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Some of our therapists specialize in working with specific ages or populations.
