Frank enjoys working with adults, adolescents, couples, and children, offering a compassionate, whole-person approach to therapy. He works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, and other life challenges, helping clients better understand themselves and develop meaningful pathways toward growth and healing.
Frank has a particular interest in supporting military veterans and individuals who have experienced incarceration or homelessness. Drawing from an integrated approach to wellness, he helps clients reconnect with themselves, their relationships, and the world around them. His therapeutic approach incorporates interventions and strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.

Frank has over seven years of experience in the helping profession, working with persons with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health disorders, persons experiencing homelessness, people who have been incarcerated, and military veterans and their dependents.
Frank believes therapy can create space for people to move beyond simply managing challenges and begin living with greater connection, authenticity, and purpose. Frank also believes that therapy is the conduit for finding authenticity within oneself. Unlocking your authentic self begins with connection through others. Connecting with the right therapist can open the door to understanding your true nature and help you find purpose and meaning in life. Once achieved, happiness can be maintained on a daily basis indefinitely.
Prospective clients can expect to be met exactly where they are at on any given day. Work will begin with ensuring your comfort with the rapport. Once established, we can explore what it takes for you to achieve all that you hope for.
