Taylor’s primary focus is helping people rediscover their footing after adverse childhood experiences, traumatic events, and PTSD, as well as walking alongside clients while they face fears stemming from anxiety-related concerns and major life changes. She is also passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals, especially those with ADHD, and has a growing interest in autism.

Taylor received her master’s degree in Social Work with an Integrated Behavioral Health Area of Study from the University of Kentucky and has provided clinical care for over 7 years. She has experience providing compassionate and empowering services to people across the lifespan in various therapeutic settings such as foster care, independent living, behavioral health, and private practice.
Taylor values an authentic, therapeutic relationship because she has witnessed its lasting benefits throughout her work. She further believes each individual is the expert of their own experiences, and strives to assure every client feels uniquely understood and knows they are “in the driver’s seat” of their healing journey.
Taylor utilizes various CBT, strengths-based, mindfulness, and trauma approaches to support clients through treatment. She has training in CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Trauma-focused CBT, Habit Reversal, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, Mindfulness, and Play Therapy. Clients can expect collaborative sessions with Taylor, where they explore various approaches and decide which techniques best support their needs.
