Madison works with adolescents, adults, and couples. Her clinical interests include working with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, grief, relationship challenges, and acute or complex trauma.
Madison enjoys working with couples to strengthen communication, deepen connection, and navigate relationship challenges. She has a particular interest in supporting couples whose relationships have been impacted by trauma, attachment wounds, or patterns of disconnection, by helping them build greater understanding, safety, and connection within their relationships.

Madison has been providing services in the mental health field for over 7 years. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families across community-based and outpatient settings. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals with navigating emotional dysregulation, family conflict, behavioral concerns and significant life stressors.
For the past 3 years, Madison has provided services in the outpatient psychotherapy setting.
Madison believes healing happens when clients feel genuinely understood, supported and cared for. She views each client as the expert in their own life and strives to create a space where clients can explore challenges and build on their own strengths.

Using evidence-based approaches, Madison helps clients improve emotional awareness and gain greater control over their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. She works collaboratively with clients to foster insight, resilience, personal growth, and lasting positive change.
Madison personalizes sessions to best meet the client’s needs; however, she most commonly utilizes trauma-informed CBT, mindfulness, somatic, family-systems, strengths-based, DBT, and emotion-focused approaches.
