Hayley earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Old Dominion University in 2021. She has experience working in private practice settings throughout both her graduate training and post-graduate residency, providing services to children, adolescents, and adults.

Hayley values a collaborative therapeutic relationship and believes meaningful change happens when clients feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and engaged in their own process. She strives to meet each person where they are, offering a non-judgmental space that balances warmth, authenticity, and practical skill-building.

Hayley aims to help clients feel both supported and empowered to take meaningful steps forward, one small shift at a time.

Hayley takes an eclectic, integrative approach to therapy, drawing primarily from cognitive and dialectical behavior therapy (CBT and DBT) interventions. Her work focuses on exploring the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and strengthen emotional resilience.

She supports clients in learning how to manage difficult moments while also making space for growth, self-discovery, and self-compassion.
