Therapy with Danielle is a partnership. She believes in providing the client a safe and non-judgmental space to be seen and to feel heard.
Her therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered therapy with a trauma-informed lens. Danielle provides a direct, compassionate space for those who feel out of place in traditional therapy. By combining the logic of CBT with the emotional regulation skills of DBT, she can help you rewire the brain’s response to stress.
